Martha Stewart’s Creamy chicken and mushrooms with egg noodles is the best new recipe that I made all year round and one that I will continue to long forever. It always works in my favor (luck me!) Since this one-Pan meal requires simple ingredients that I usually have on hand. It is also the perfect dinner on a crispy autumn night.
This creamy and hearty recipe has a nostalgic atmosphere – it reminds me a little of the boxed stroganoff, which my mother used to do in busy school nights. In this much-affected version, mushrooms, shallots and dijon are a magical aroma trio, and cream cheese gives it a silky, cheeky base for which you want a spoon to draw the last piece.

How to make this very simple chicken recipe
The chicken breast is offered to prepare and then put aside on a plate. Panel mushrooms and shallots are thrown in the same pan. Then the dijon, chicken broth and pasta are added and simmer. Finally, the chicken is returned to the pan and cream cheese is stirred. Just a pan to create one yummy Have a good meal!

Tips to make this hearty cold weather favorite
I have transferred some chicken and pasta to my parents and you have already requested another delivery. Fortunately for you, this recipe will be long and winter for me. And although it is basically a perfect recipe, there are a few tips and some things that I will do differently to fully use its delicacy:
- Double the recipe especially if you have a family of four or more. Remains are also just as good. Enjoy within a day or two.
- Instead of keeping them completely, cut the chicken into strips to cook faster.
- Don’t skip parsley. The recipe says it is optional, but I promise the taste.
- Throw a few greens. I added a handful of packed salad mix to make this a balanced meal. Chopped broccoli flowers would also be great. Throw it in the last five to ten minutes of cooking.
This is really one of the best things I cooked last year, and I can’t wait to make it again and again. You will also try it as soon as you try!
