Why do that?
• Nick Jonas’ Chile Cheese Egg Asserole recipe comes from his mother Denise Miller-Jonas.
• The casserole bakes with a fluffy texture and cheese and chile taste.
• The preparation only lasts 10 to 15 minutes and the casserole bakes 50 minutes to an hour.
In my family, casserole accounts for a large part of our meal rotation. It would simply not be a family meeting without Grandma’s famous broccoli and cheese casserole, and during the holidays I would be totally lost without their casserole in the green bean as an emergency backup.
If it is not the holidays, I can push myself to a hearty custody dish for the old nostalgia button for me every day of the week. Nothing goes through homemade food, especially from the genius of a dear family member. So when I discovered Nick Jonas’ meal security ceiling is the Chile cheese -egg ceremony of his mother.I had to try it immediately.

What I love about this Chile cheese egg
Apart from its fluffy, soufflé-like consistency, this simple casserole produces wonderful cheese towers in every bite and exactly the right amount of heat from the diced chillies. The best thing about it? It doesn’t take a lot of work to put it together, and it is an excellent starting point for someone who wants to experiment and make his own.
I personally mixed the Cheddar cheese with Mozzarella and even went so far to create a beautiful top layer of chopped cheddar before baking. Specific pieces, pieces of breakfast sausage and lots of green and red peppers all go into them when I really want to increase the use at breakfast. What really brought this casserole home for me was a bit of a Jalapeño hot sauce and a side of crispy tater dead.

Tips for the production of this chili cheese egg
Denise’s recipe requires the addition of mascarpone cheese. However, since it can be difficult to find in some grocery stores, I decided to leave it out. Instead, I have replaced it with a 1/2 cup of heavy cream that is easier to do in shops.
The original recipe also requires 10 eggs and two protein. I did the protein as a whole and chose a total of 12 whole eggs. Protein traditionally add structure to a recipe, but in this case flour does the same.
If you create Nick’s casserole in childhood at home, remember that the amount of ingredients is curated with a 9×13-inch casserole. The results will be sufficient to share them, and in my case my roommates with audible grunt and a satisfied groaned I met me with the approval when sampling. I kept the remains in an airtight container in the fridge. This made it possible for me to enjoy the remains for the following two to three days until the casserole was gone.
