When I call on my favorite dishes, pizza is not just on the list – it leads the fee. And I’m not a snob about it either. Regardless of whether it is hot from my favorite pizzeria or pulled out of the freezer and pulled at home, I’m all on ‘ZA.
While my love for a fresh disc in New York style is steadfast, I am always a game to try something new. When I discovered a fresh face in Costcos constantly changing settings, I just had to look at it. The contender? Costco’s Combo Pizza, a new pizza in the Roman style that nailed all classic highest mood, fresh and ready to get into the oven.
Costco Combo Pizza
- Price: 6.99 USD for a 12-inch pizza
- Why I love it: The crust is crispy and tough and loaded with a rich tomato sauce, cheese and fleshy coverings. The best of everything is that it is finished in the oven after only 12 minutes.

Why I love Costcos combo pizza
With only $ 6.99, this 12-inch cake delivers a serious bang for your money. And Costco doesn’t play to toppings either. It is loaded with a rich sauce in the San Marzano-style, the slow pepperoni, the spicy Italian sausage, fire-roasted peppers, onions and a spacious blanket of shredded mozzarella cheese. The crust is thick, stable and bakes perfectly in just 12 minutes.
Speaking of crust, it is the perfect balance from the outside crispy, airy inside and tough and classic mood in the Roman style. My only little complaint is that the crust contains a fairly large buffer on the edges that could use more toppings. It is a simple solution if you want to spread the ingredients a little before baking, but frankly it is a little problem in an otherwise almost flawless display.
The coverings are well balanced and everyone seems to overshadow the rest. I particularly love that Costco adds an additional dust from Mozzarella across all ingredients and builds on the original base layer of the cheese – because we are real, no more cheese hurt anyone.

How to cook and serve Costco’s combo pizza
This pizza is not frozen in a real take-and-bake shape. It stays in the fridge until they are ready to bake. Simply put it on the middle stand and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes at 425 ° F or until the cheese has melted and the crust becomes golden brown. Let it cool down for a few minutes and cut it into four large squares (think of classic grandma slice) or cut it into smaller rectangular pieces that make perfect finger foods or party snacks.
When it comes to remains, I usually save my pizza in an airtight container, even though a large zipper bag also works well. Skip the high heat when rewarm to avoid drying out or burning your pane. Instead, steam it quickly in a pan with a splash of water and then end with a quick crispy friteeuse you work me, this combination is a game channel.
