I use the elegant dial to select presets such as toast, glasses, baking, roast, warm, proof, air roast, repetition, slow cook and dehydrate. The roast setting is useful to roast English muffins from the bakery. I love the air breaks to prepare tofu slices for effortless dinner (no babysitting of a pan on the stove). There are even settings for making a pizza, toast a bag or baking a series of cookies – all of the essentials. Cooking two additional dial control quantities, time and temperature, depending on which setting you use.

Another highlight of the Breville is its size. It is not a mini workstation device: it is spacious and measures 17.5 x 21.5 x 12.7 inches. It can fit a 9 x 13-inch tin shell, a 5-liter-Dutch oven and a variety of biscuits, so I don’t have to fight over the oven room when it comes to Thanksgiving sites. It’s quick too! It is called half the time of my congress stove and gets food crispy and golden brown with little or no fuss.

It is highly functional and the backlight is always easy to read. I never thought that I would click on the oven light button so often, but it is important. I mean, who does not want to monitor these late -evening cookies?

In order to make all my dreams come true, Breville contains some accessories, such as a 13-inch pizza pan, two oven shelves, a 9 x 13-inch roast rod, an enamel roasting pan and a mesh basket rack for dehydrating and air roast. This is all you need to get healthy dinner, cozy breakfast and afternoon snacks on the table.
