Strawberry -Banana -Moothie -ingredients
Here is what you need to make this recipe for strawberry bananas -moothie:
- StrawberriesNaturally! I use frozen strawberries to give this smoothie a thick, frosty texture. Use fresh strawberries or thawed frozen for a thinner consistency.
- banana – 1/2 frozen banana perfects the creamy texture of this smoothie and the sweet taste. Use a Banana taste 1 banana instead of 1/2 for a thicker smoothie or a stronger banana taste.
- Fully milk of Greek yogurt – for creamy texture and spicy taste. It also adds protein!
- Milk – any kind you like! Almond milk is my point of contact, but oat milk or normal milk would also work.
- Fresh lemon juice – My secret ingredient! Its brightness compensates for the sweet berries and bananas.
- And honey or maple syrup – A small additional sweetness produces the berry taste.

How to make a smoothie
This recipe is super easy:

Recipe tips
- They control the consistency. Full disclosure: I like my smoothies super thick and frosty (I sometimes eat them with a spoon!). In order to achieve this extra creamy texture, I use both frozen strawberries and frozen banana in this recipe and start with just 1 cup of milk. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more milk or only use a kind of frozen fruits – sharpening berries or banana. Add the other fresh.
- No ice required! The frozen fruit makes this smoothie cool and creamy for itself! It also gives him a concentrated berry taste. I don’t like adding ice cream here because it goes down the taste.
