The Slow Cooker BBQ beef brisket is the easiest way to make tender, aromatic brisket. It only takes 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of preparation perfection for busy days when you want to have a dinner without foot that still tastes like you have spent all day in the kitchen.

Summer is the perfect time to break your slow cooker! So often the Slow Cooker is a staple for winter meals, but it is a great way to make a simple dinner without heating your kitchen.
One of my favorite methods to use the pot in summer is grilling meat. With only 5 simple ingredients and 5 minutes of practical time, this slow cooker BBQ beef brisket is practicing.
The brisket is incredibly tender and juicy, with this sweet, smoky grill taste that makes it a hit for dinner, potluck or sandwiches on the day of the game.
Ingredients and substitutions
- Wort: The spice gives you a large part of the taste in the recipe. Feel free to use more than 1/4 cup to really coat the brisket.
- Grill sauce: I like grill sauce in the Kansas City style in this recipe. The barbecue sauce will give a lot of taste. So choose a sauce you like.
How to make Slow Cooker BBQ brisket
Here you will find instructions and step-by-step photos that show how this recipe is created. The full recipe, including ingredients, is given below.
Step 1: Place beef in a large slow stove. I use a 5 liter.

Step 2: The breast piece rubbed with liquid smoke and spices.
Step 3: Pour the broth around the breast. Make sure to pour it around, not over so that you don’t wash the spice.
Step 4: Cover and cook it on low or soft for 8 hours. Remove the brisket from the slow cooker.
Step 5: Stir in 1 cup of beef cowruff from Slow Cooker and Grill sauce. Discard loaned juices. This will help prevent aqueous sauce.
Step 6: Brisket return to slow stoves and pour the sauce mixture over the top. Cover and cook them on the height for 30 minutes.
Step 7: Cut the beef thinly over the grain, chop or chop. I like to serve the meat with a little additional sauce over it.

Recipe tips!
- Smoke taste: If you want to give the brisket more smoked taste, I recommend the liquid smoke.
- Broth: If you handle the broth around the breast, it will avoid washing the spice.
- Cut: Cutting the meat against the grain gives you the most tender brisket.
- Portion: I like to serve the brisket with grill pages such as cookies or maize bread muffins, macaroni salad, fruit salad or Mexican street corn salad.

storage
Store every remaining brisket in an airtight container in the fridge. It stays up to 4 days if it is properly saved.
