Homemade peanut butter tops all the options bought in the store in taste and texture, and I tried every natural peanut butter out there!


With homemade peanut butter you have full control over the ingredients. No sugar is required if you prefer unsweetened peanut butter (if you enjoy a little sweetness, I have options below). There is certainly no need for oils such as hydrated vegetable oil or palm oil. My dry roasted peanuts mingled with creamy forgetting without additional oils.

Homemade peanut butter tips
Peanut butter on toast was a breakfast party for as far as I can remember. I asked my mother once to send peanut butter over the ocean during a semester in France. It turns out that you only need peanuts and a kitchen machine to make your own.
Start with unsalted, dry roasted peanuts.
I usually start for nut butter with raw nuts and brew them before I mix. However, it has recently been difficult to find unroasted peanuts. Dry peanuts are the perfect option. While oiled nuts work, set an unnecessary ingredient in your peanut butter.
Choose unsalted peanuts so that you can control the salt mirror. Check the ingredients before buying (the only ingredient should be peanuts) and taste it before mixing. Bad peanuts make bad peanut butter.
Use your food processor, no mixer.

Peanut butter fluctuations

Of course sweetened peanut butter
Honey and peanut butter is perfection, but maple syrup is also fantastic. With homemade peanut butter you have full control over the sweetness. I found 1 teaspoon slightly sweet, 2 teaspoons noticeably sweet and hardly any honey taste (it thickens the mixture quite a bit!) And 1 tablespoon tastes like a pleasure with a slight honey taste.
Cinnamon -erz nut butter
Try adding some ground cinnamon for something heated. Use 1/2 teaspoons for subtle taste or up to 1 tablespoon when you are a big fan.
Crispy peanut butter
For some crunch, reserve about 3/4 cup of peanuts. Mix the rest as stated, then add the reserved peanuts to the processor and process them until they are divided into small parts.
Mixed nut butter
Replace almonds, cashew nuts, pecans, walnuts or pistachios for some of the peanuts.

Served suggestions for peanut butter
I love peanut butter for breakfast. It is difficult to beat peanut butter when the toast! To get it to the next level, drizzle it with honey. Stir a dash of peanut butter to your morning moisture to make you more hearty.
My toddler’s favorite snack is Apple slices with peanut butter -Dip– Stir a spacious spoon into a Greek yogurt. Add honey or cinnamon if you want.
Transform your peanut butter into something sweet, Like peanut butter -hollow cerspers, monster biscuits or chocolate peanut butter crispy bars. You can also use peanut butter to make my simple no-bake mueslir bars.

Homemade peanut butter
This recipe for peanut butter is so easy to make in a food processor. Homemade peanut butter tastes fresh, creamy and irresistible earth use. You will love it! The recipe results in 16 ounce peanut butter (approx. 2 cups).
- Transfer the peanuts to a food processor. Mix until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, and pause for about 10 minutes to scrape off the pages as required. The peanuts are switched from meal -like lumps to a ball against the side of the kitchen machine, and finally the mixture becomes smarter. If the mixture on the way gets hot or your machine seems tired, stop and let it cool down for a few minutes.
- If desired, add one or two pinch of salt, honey and/or cinnamon. Mix up to well mixed, about 30 seconds, then try and add more if you wish.
- Let the peanut butter cool down to room temperature, transfer the mixture into a masong glass and screw the lid on. Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
Notes
Raw peanut option: To fry your own peanuts, heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the shells over a large, cut baking sheet and stir the peanuts on the way for 10 to 20 minutes until they stir every 5 minutes. Let the peanuts cool until you only feel warm before mixing (not hot).
Crispy peanut butter: Reserve about ¾ cup of peanuts. Mix the rest as stated, then add the reserved peanuts to the processor and process them until they are divided into small parts.
Do it: vegan: Do not add honey. Sweetened with maple syrup, if desired.
