This healthy peanut butter -Jelly -Moothie consists of strawberries, blueberries, peanut butter and almond milk -and it is my favorite!

This smoothie tastes of peanut butter and jelly – except that it has no grapes. The peanut butter is a great source of protein and holds me full until lunch. This drink contains 6 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber and less than 225 calories. Usually I add a ball of unblaceed protein such as pea protein powder.   • Fruit: I used frozen blueberries and fresh strawberries, but they could always use frozen strawberries if they were not in the season. If you only have fresh blueberries, freeze them!
  • Milk: I like unsweetened vanilla milk milk, but use everything you have.
  • Peanut butter: Choose a creamy, natural peanut butter (one with only peanuts and salt).
  • Sweetener: I prefer stevia how Nunatural vanilla. However, every liquid sweetener such as honey, maple syrup or agave works.
