How to serve peach shears overnight

I love preparing this overnight stay in individual portions in glasses. As soon as it’s time for breakfast, I leave it to Greek yogurt and additional peaches before I dig in. However, you can choose whether you want to empty the glass in a bowl for serving if you are preferred.

Put them on with additional fruits such as raspberries or cut strawberries, add a dash of jam or even add a spoonful whipped cream for more dessert-for-breakfast mood.

Make-based and storage

The nice thing about this recipe is that you can prepare several portions in a few minutes. These oats can be put together overnight up to four days in advance, which gives them individual breakfast or several portions for the family for three days. Store them individually in sealed glasses in the fridge.

Alternatively, you can make the entire batch in a bowl, place a lid on top and store it in the refrigerator to scream out as required.

To make three to four portions, you need:

  • 2 cups of old -fashioned roller oats
  • 2 tablespoons of packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups completely or 2% milk
  • 2 medium peaches

If you are ready to serve, you testify the remaining peach. Top with a dash of Greek yogurt and the additional peaches desired.

Variations and substitutions

  • Use another sweetener: Brauner sugar gives this overlay -not only a hint of sweetness, but also a depth of the taste. Do you skip it? Leave the brown sugar out or exchange it for 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, honey or agave.
  • Choose every milk: Every milk can be used to make this breakfast. Choose whole milk or 2% for a creamier version or choose fat -free. You can make this milk -free oat -free overnight by using oat milk or soy milk.
  • Add more mix-ins: Doctor these oats, as you think it is right. Consider add chia seeds (simply add more milk) or add chopped nuts to the mixture for additional texture.
