It never surprises me when an apparently too simple recipe inspires me. For example, I wrote slightly baked salmon via Martha Stewarts, which is cooked with only butter, salt and pepper – super easy, right? Incorrect. It is the best salmon I’ve ever done.
In a similar way, I recently tried a five -tank (I count salt and oil as a giveaway) Tropical fruit juice salad This is all types of tasty. Ananas, Kiwi fruits and oranges are thrown in an ginger dressing to a juicy (as promised in the title), bright fruit salad that you want to make all summer.
And it shouldn’t be a surprise that the fruit salad also comes from Martha Stewart’s brain – only the winner of this icon.
Don’t tap the dressing until you try it
The outstanding element of this recipe is that Ginger-lemon dressing. It requires the juice and bowl of a lemon, a fresh ginger, olive oil and salt, which was a bit like a head scratch for me, but it is also Martha, so I passed on with confidence.
The dressing does a good job to beat the tang and the sweetness of the oranges, pineapple and kiwi without overwhelming it. Sometimes ginger can take over if you use too much, but this recipe has just enough. Ginger with pineapple is something particularly delicious in pineapple – from now on I can be the only way to serve it!

How I will update the recipe for the future
This fruit salad demands a nice selection of tropical fruits that work together not only in every bite, but are also funny and colorful as part of a summer spread. Martha recommends cutting the citrus fruits into bikes to add some pow to the presentation, which I second!
Next time I will snap a variety of blood oranges and cara cara oranges to have more pretty colors. The fruit salad is really colorful, but I wanted more! And while the recipe only requires a Kiwi fruit, I recommend containing two or three, so that there are more to be seen and more green pops.
If the summer is officially in full swing, this is a perfect recipe to expand a terrace at home, spread brunch or bring a potluck. (Double or triple ingredients for a crowd). This recipe takes about 10 minutes in total, so it can be whipped in a hurry, but guarantees large compliments. Conclusion: This is an absolute hit where you serve it.
