With regard to the recipes for dinner a week, a dish that comes together in less than an hour with relatively frequent ingredients is exactly that I am looking for, and I’m looking for pretty much every night after. If this dish appeals to my whole family – enough to bring my children back for seconds – I think a recipe for holy grail.
Inspired by the extremely popular canon “Marry Me” (whose name, which I obvious at a feminist level, I appreciate as someone who appreciates sun-dried tomatoes and cream in all forms) and developed a recipe that tries to be all these things-Quick, comfortable and loved. From Jove, I think this time I got the code with my married saint chilli, a quick boiling, hearty dinner, cracked, which is perfect for busy week.
How to get married, chickens chilli
The taste profile of Marry Me Huhn contains the warm, rich aromas of sun -dried tomatoes, cream and parmesan cheese. I took this idea and transformed it into a chilli/stew situation that I like to serve through rice or egg noodles. The main difference between this and Marry Me Huhn is the absorption of Poblano peppers and the fact that the chicken is crushed and then added to the creamy chicken broth, which it does more like a white chicken chilli.
To make it, fry chopped onions, Poblano peppers and garlic in olive oil up to translucent and fragrant. Add some chicken breast (or thighs), bearing and salt and pepper and simmer until the chicken is boiled through. Take the chicken on a plate and shred it while making the largest part of a pack of cream cheese melt in the chicken mixture.
When the chicken crushes and the cream cheese has melted, add sun-dried tomatoes, cannellini beans and parmesan cheese and cook for a few more minutes until everything comes together. Serve via rice or pasta with more gymnastics, fresh herbs and a scattered from a crushed red pepper.

Tips and substances for Marry Me Chicken Chili
- If you do not have a Poblano pepper, you can use one or two Jalapeños (which lead to a stricter shell) or a can of dull green chilli instead.
- Add 1/4 cup of heavy cream for a little additional wealth when you add the sun -dried tomatoes, beans and cheese.
- Exchange the Cannellini beans for chickpeas or another soft white bean, based on what you prefer.
- In the last stage, add some stems, chopped kale or Swiss for a hearty, healthy dish.
- The sun -dried tomato taste really gets through in this recipe. So use a brand that you really love. I prefer Trader Joes slowly roasted tomatoes Because they are already seasoned with garlic and oregano and have a beautiful texture that is not too tough.

6 Ounce Cream cheesecube

1 (15.5 ounces) can Cannellini beansdrained

1/2 cup Dewashed sun -dry tomatoesdrain and chopped

1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheesePlus more to garnish

Optional garnings: Chopped fresh parsleyBasil or coriander and/or shredded red pepper flakes

Sauté the aroma:
Heat the oil over medium heat in a Dutch oven or heavy pot. Add the onions and peppers and cook it until about 4 minutes are soft. Add the garlic and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes until it smells.

Cook the chicken:
Add chicken, chicken broth, salt and pepper and simmer. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer until the chicken is cooked by about 20 minutes.

The chicken crushed:
Take the chicken out of the pot and put it aside on a large plate. Add the cream cheese into the pot, reduce the heat to low and replace the lid. Let the cream cheese melt slowly. In the meantime, use two forks to shred the chicken into bite -sized pieces.

Simmer the chili:
As soon as the cream cheese has melted, whisk the mixture in the pot until it is smooth and free of lumps. Add the crushed chicken, Cannellini beans, sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese into the pot. Stir to combine, then simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors come together.

End and serve:
Try the chilli and fit in the salt and pepper as needed. If desired, serve with more cheese, fresh herbs and/or a pinch of crushed red pepper.
Store the remains in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
