How to make Jamie Oliver’s charred Brussels
Jamie’s recipe requires Brussels sprouts, Greek yogurt, parmesan, lemon and a few sourdough slices. There are three components: panrostic vegetables, a thick, rich dressing and fast homemade croutons.
It sounds complicated, but the entire recipe comes together in 20 minutes.
First, he throws the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper and scainted in a pan until they are tender with a crispy, charred crust. This only takes about 15 minutes, which is enough time to make the dressing – a simple combination of yogurt, grated parmesan and the juice of half a lemon.
