I made myself a little easy on Tuesdays and Thursday. I mix with three children between basketball, chess, football, Magic Club and too much homework. That’s why I often turn to my support system to get help with dinner: Takeout.
One of our favorites is Indian, but until we order enough network, rice and naan for our five, the invoice is approaching $ 100. Although it is a solid apology for non -cooking, the costs are a good reason to break the habit.

This is an intelligent way to almost double the volume and double herbal protein. Stir everything well, cover the pot with a lid and bring it to a boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Sometimes I add a teaspoon of Garam Masala (you could use curry powder) and a pinch of shredded red pepper flakes to make it sharper, but it is not necessary. The taste is brave, and adding the coconut milk and the chickpeas will not alleviate it too much. If you want it saltier, try and season it after it is completely heated.
Trader Joe’s wears frozen garlic naan, which you can throw in the toaster, and prefabricated frozen rice, which you can warm up again in the microwave-two amenities that I can quickly rely on to quickly round off this meal.
All in all, this meal costs me about $ 20. This is a strategy for mental health and money saving that I stay with, and a reliable dinner a week when my whole family loves.
