How I make roasted potatoes ina garden
You only need a handful of ingredients for the roasted potatoes from Ina.
As soon as the butter hits your hot pot and melts into a bubbling whirlpool, go into a bubbling potatoes, followed by salt and pepper. While your kitchen fills with nutty, earthy flavors, you will come to the peaceful realization that you cook emotional supporting partners and that everyone will love them forever.
Throw everything together with a spoon or pull an insert by punching the lid on your pot and giving it a good shaking to coat the potatoes in the liquid butter and spice. While the pot sizzles over a low heat for about 20 minutes, they chop their fresh dill. (I would make a pun that my favorite herb is the star of the show, but I don’t want to make a big “dill” about it.)
If you are like me and love a grassy herb, you can probably use two tablespoons of fresh dill instead of the one and a half that INA suggests.

When your potatoes cook, shake the pot a little every now and then to prevent the lower potatoes from burning. Remember that your pot gets hotter from a minute to minute. I found the hard tour when I grabbed my Dutch oven without oven for the second shake with scarce Dutch and my life flashed before my eyes.
