How to make hard -boiled eggs
Follow these simple steps to make perfect hard cooked eggs every time:
First cook the eggs. Place it in a uniform layer in a saucepan or pot and cover it by 1 inch with cold water. Bring the water into a roller boiler over high heat.
Then let the eggs sit in the hot water. As soon as the water reaches a roller boiler, switch off the heat and cover the pot. Leave the eggs in the hot water between 10 and 12 minutes in the hot water, depending on how you like your eggs. The 10-minute eggs have lively, creamy egg yolk, while the 12-minute egg yolk are paler and opaque, with a chalk structure.
Finally, move them to an ice cream pool. When the time breaks down, let off the eggs and transfer them to a large bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Leave them in the ice pool at least 14 minutes before peeling the eggs.
If you do not plan to eat the eggs immediately, please let them in the mussels and store them in the fridge. But even if this is the case, do not cut the ice pool short! It is crucial to stop the cooking process and slightly peel the eggs later.
