You may be wondering why I start a different platform as regular in the neat kitchen. The simple answer? I love to connect with people. The Substack gives us the unique opportunity to hang up more interactive and get to know us on a more personal level (without algorithms in the way).

Welcome to everyday cheeks

I look forward to dipping deeper into all things that bake with you on my new substance. daily baking! We will explore unique recipes, experiment with techniques and test new ideas together.

I will also be in chat to hear what you want to see in new books or recipes, and I will share new projects behind the scenes. Oh, and of course you will see how life on the Hillge Hill Farm is and which new adventure Brian, the boys and I are planning.
