Easy Cheesecake Dip Recipe (3 Ingredients, 10 Minutes)

If there is a dessert for which my grandmother is known in my family, it is her cheesecake. Now don’t think that you produced a beautiful homemade crust with a pudding filling. Your recipe could not be easier: a no-bake dough that was poured into a Graham cracker crust bought in the shop and put in the fridge. Your version was always crowned with the filling of cherry cake in doses.

When I grew up, the cheesecake was for me. Every Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter and for every large meeting, my grandmother has expelled two to four of these cheesecake, a performance that can only be reached in view of the lightness of the recipe. When I ventured into the world and started trying out other types of cheesecake, you can imagine my confusion.

Although I have come to baked cheesecake since then, there is an ingredient that almost never have that my grandma did: sweetened condensed milk. This liquid gold offers a beautiful milk taste with intensive milk notes, which you simply do not get with cream cheese and sour cream.

No matter how far I get from home, my nostalgia anchor me back to the sweet flavors like this with which I grew up.

Make a simple recipe easier

Years ago I realized that I could take my grandma’s ridiculously simple cheesecake and make it even easier: make it a bath! No longer if you serve my friends “a tiny splinter” – you can just help yourself as well or as little as you like this cheesecake in a dip shape at the snack table.

A DIP variation also offers exciting versatility when it comes to ships to dive. Graham Crackers are a classic choice, but maybe you are happy from Nilla wafers, ginger snapshots, animal crackers or even shortbread cookies. And even the crust-severse can enjoy this cheesecake dip by using strawberries or apple slices.

This dip is a beautiful heart for a different biscuit and fruit board. Imagine a sausage board, which is filled with crisp cookies and diapily fruits. Perfect for a party, a game evening or a picnic.
