Key Takeaways
• For ultra-chased guacamole, expired, painted avocados in a re-lockable plastic bag and tear out.
• Add all favorite spices such as salt, onion and bacon and squish to mix.
Are you #teamCreamy when it comes to guacamole? Maybe you like the bladability or maybe not your thing. If you like your GUAC smooth like butter, you have to check your supply with recoverable plastic bags, as this is the secret to the creamiest guacamole.
The classic fork smash
I usually use a sophisticated technology to smash my avocados for guacamole. It says “Press firmly with the back of a fork”. I know it is pretty advanced (me act Go to the cooking school), but it works well for me and honestly it is the only way I have ever made guacamole.
I’m not on #teamCreamy, but I am (mostly) interested in seeing what strange things that people do with food on social media do. I love avocados and guacamole This post on InstagramI had to watch. And then watch again. Was that really a plastic bag that he used?
Use a plastic bag for the creamiest GUAC
It turns out that it was. If you haven’t seen it, the creators are ashamed and peel several avocados and drop in a re -lockable plastic bag. He grabs the bag at the top and gives the avocados a few bruises before reopening the bag and adding salt, diced onion and chopped, crispy bacon.
Then he seals the bag and presses and squeezes everything a little more aggressively until the avocados are fully smashed. The result is a butter -like smooth guacamole (with the exception of the parts of bacon and onions). It is pretty and conductable when you are with it.
We can coexist
Creamy Guac is not for me, but that doesn’t mean that I cannot support those who like it. I am behind everyone who appreciates an avocado that is smashed with her favorite spices and additions. I just hold my guacamole. My only additions are lime juice, Jalapeño, coriander, salt and onion. I like it and my family too.
When I maintain GUAC or bring it to a party, I often bring dice tomatoes, inserted jalapeños. Red onion pickledDiceed mango, roasted pumpkin seeds and other random frills that people can add. If you throw yours into a plastic bag and want to smash them smoothly, that’s okay for me. Food is fun and if you have to play a little bit before you enjoy it, I totally understand it.
