After the WNBA final begins this evening, check-up was accidentally perfect timing at the former Las Vegas Aces player and all star Dearica Hamby last week. Hamby was now a striker for the Sparks of Los Angeles and maybe had her best season in the league this year and reached her highest percentage of the field goals and the most points that she achieved in one season and at the same time balancing maternity.

While the season of the Sparks came to an end, Hamby remains busy with her latest partnership Megafood. Hamby talked to Eat With regard to the nutrients that prioritize as athlete and mother, Megafood’s supplementary products have made it easy. You will also learn the meals of the Olympic bronze medalist on matchday, your dad Johns order and more below.

Why work with megafood?

If I have two children now, I do not tend to pour my energy into many things unless I can really connect with it and be authentic. I have already switched on other brands just because it didn’t feel right, but when Megafood turned me to me, it was just a natural connection. I only believe in what they do to support women and what they stand for. I really appreciate it.

Which nutrients do you want to prioritize in your day?

I start my day with the (Megafood Blood Builder) Iron Supplement and the (Megafood Women’s) multivitamin. I prioritize my children’s breakfast because they eat a little differently than me. I give you mini pancakes, yogurt, cheese and grapes and peanut butter and jelly, so I sometimes forget to eat myself. I can’t always control the food around me, especially when I’m on the go. It is therefore important that I get my nutrients from multivitamin.

How do you prioritize “I time” in your day?

I set my alarm for 6:45, but I’m not trying to make my children up to 7:10 or 7:15, so I usually come to the computer. I haven’t had coffee since my dietary supplement, but usually I will have some water, take my vitamins and only have a little time. I check my e -mails and scroll a little on social media before I wake up the children and start their day.

Any preferred meals before the game or after the game you hold?

It fluctuates and depends on whether I’m on the go or whether I’m at home. I try to eat pasta or rice load things. When I’m at home, I do Bachi Yaki. It’s like Hibachi, and then it usually brings me into play. Sometimes I have apple sauce or a kind of snack at half -time. After the game it fluctuates. The food is provided on the street, so it is a little easier to just eat, but often my adrenaline is usually so high of the games that it is difficult to eat.

Do you have food or snacks that you have for yourself and your children?

We all like uncrustable, but they differ in their duty style. Amaya is more for pizza, chicken fingers, such things. The legend is more in its vegetables, its cheese, its crackers. Both take Kid’s Multivitamine, but they don’t know – they bring it to their apple sauces.

What does “eat well” mean for you?

I think it’s different for everyone. I think the bodies of people adapt to different things and adapt to different things. For me it is more about eating clean, but I don’t cut out the “bad” things completely, because my lifestyle can sometimes be difficult. I sometimes have to order Papa John because that’s the only one at night, but I think I feel more comfortable and sure that I can do this with my megafood nutritional supplements because I can always control this. I can wake up in the morning and take them. When I go to sleep, I can take it so that I can definitely feel a little more comfortable so as not to dive through the clean food all the time.

So what is Papa John’s order?

Peperoni and cheese … I don’t use dips. I know a lot of people like the garlic sauce, but I didn’t get involved.
