The result is a healthy, sounding drink with surprising 16 grams of sugar.
5. Matcha Creme Frappuccino
Matcha may have a solid success balance for combating inflammation. But if it is hit in a siru -parting drink with 31 grams of sugar, these advantages go down the drain. While it is difficult to say how much sugar is added to this milk -containing drink, the low protein content is a big hint. While some of the other milk -based drinks contain 11 grams of protein on this list, this has only 4 grams of protein. This is a big hint that it has much less milk and therefore less natural sugar and more sugar.
