I’ve never seen myself as a runner, but I just finished my first training week for a 5 km title with my Hoka Clifton 9 -sneakers. The last time I ran regularly, I was probably in the middle school when I was exactly one season in the football team (before they carried out actual attempts and subsequent cuts), and I try to find my love for adults. I have always run with misery and prefer other types of cardio workouts such as HIIT, Zumba and even water aerobics. But I was in a bit of training and thought that it would help me to train more regularly. With a racing date in about three months and a couch-to-5k app downloaded on my cell phone, I pressed the sidewalk with my trustworthy Hokas.

The Clifton 9 shoes are the second couple of Hokas that I have obsessed (the first is that Arahi 8what I also enjoyed). I have always been impressed how supportive and yet light Hoka gymnastics shoes you are to my favorite shoes for everything, whether you let my dog run through the neighborhood or long travel days. When I tried the Clifton 9 gymnastics shoes for the first time in a local business, they immediately felt super comfortable. I think it’s great that there is no burglary time with Hoka guests. I can go into them immediately without discomfort or run into them.
Eat well
In recent years I have experienced some knee pain and have a padded sneaker that fits well with my feet, combined with routes recommended by my physiotherapist, helped me to keep me mostly painlessly. Being pain-free means that I don’t have to take long breaks between training so that I can continue with my 8-week running program and gradually build myself up for 35 minutes (or about 5 km) without stopping.
My first run was last Sunday, far into the heat of the day. I was grateful for the plush sales, which led my steps and the breathable knitting upper material of my Hokas when I ran about 2 miles from Florida’s heat and moisture. For my other three runs this week, I followed a structure that consisted of a current app that consisted of a warm -up, four run/walk intervals and a cobbler. I definitely felt much less misery after I had completed these runs because the Hokas feel great during the running and in the running intervals on my feet. I also noticed that I have no pain in the morning after running, which was a nice change. I am actually looking forward to my next run instead of fearing it and running for another week (or a month).

While I am only a week in training for my first race, I am confident that I can achieve my goal of reaching a comfortable 5 km run in mid-November. And since the sneakers in which I trained that Hoka Clifton 9S are on sale, I plan to pick up another couple because I will probably be a new couple soon. I almost always wear sneakers (or Birkenstocks) when I’m on the go when I prioritize the comfort in terms of a hiking shoe, and the Clifton 9 sneakers was one of my favorite sancers.
