Chocolate Yogurt Pudding Recipe (2 Ingredients)

Why do that?

  • This creamy chocolate pudding is only made from dark chocolate and Greek yogurt.
  • It only takes five minutes, perfect for chocolate that is required.
  • The pudding lasts up to four days in the refrigerator for make-up desserts or snacks.

Do you ask for chocolate? The best of us happens. What if I promise that you could have a lush, slightly spicy bowl with a chocolate quality with just five minutes? You will need a little more time to relax to thicken it, but I will not say whether you get it immediately.

The two secret ingredients are, stroke, dark chocolate and Greek yogurt. That’s it. The chocolate serves as a thickener, so you don’t need anything else to transform your creamy yogurt into a pudding. All -milk Greek yogurt makes a rich, sweet pudding, or you can slim and mean with fat -free yogurt. I love to use chocolate that make up 85% cocoa to create a very adult ultradark pudding.

I love this recipe because it is a chocolate delivery system with which I can enjoy a reasonable piece of chocolate that is spoon of a creamy spoon. It’s so ridiculously easy to do that, even if I am tired, stressed or crazy, I can open a bowl of chocolate comfort. It is also made from ingredients that are easy to hand heights, and every remaining yogurt or chocolate (HA, chocolate!) Will not bend in the fridge.

My surprising inspiration

I relied on this dessert on one that I have manufactured for many years and combined the Seidentofu with chocolate. One day I stared into the swirling kitchen machine and thought: “Could I do it with yogurt?” So I did it.

To make it, first put the yogurt in the food processor and melt the chocolate. Bar or baking chocolate melt more smoothly than chocolate chips that are formulated in such a way that they keep their shape hot. You can still use chips if you have this, just make sure that you are completely liquid when you add them to the yogurt. As soon as everything is mixed well, scratch it in a container and cold. Completed!

Temperature matters

The only potential challenge to make this simple pudding is the temperature. You need the warm, melted chocolate to mix gently in the cool yogurt before it starts to harden and grab. If you use the kitchen machine, you can make this step super fast and easy, even though you can whisk it in a bowl instead if you are fast.

It can also help measure the yogurt and let it sit at room temperature for a while before adding the chocolate so that it is not so cold. If you add the hot, melted chocolate, let it off to a place, do not drizzle it over the yogurt. Fack up the lid quickly and process before the chocolate has time to cool down. If you use and whisk a bowl, get the chocolate and let yourself be spinning.
