My grandmother originally came from Chicago, but she spent most of her adult life in California. There were many aspects of the middle west, which she missed as a transplant to the west coast, but the one who always made her nostalgic for childhood were White Castle Hamburger.
In the past, the square burgers sold themselves for five cents each, and they had good memories of travel to the first Fast food hamburg chain of America with their cousins. We always swung past the local white castle when she visited us in Chicago.

She was a creative and imaginative woman, so my grandma gave her a way to reproduce her favorite sliders again when she had a desire. Her recipe not only replicated the size, shape and onion taste of the original, but also found an ingenious way to make it without much fuss. Since then, their stove -baked sliders have been a staple in our family.
Simple slider for a lot
Slowers are fun to eat, but they can be boring. Instead of forming 12 miniature Hamburger Pastettes, this recipe is a trade route to create a lot of slider with minimal effort.
A simple burger mix of ground loins, bread crumbs, onions and salt is pressed into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Then just put it in the oven and half an hour later, the recipe is almost finished. Top with cheese and they are all set.

Oven -lider tips
- Bottomless: The use of minced meat with a lower fat content means that less fat accumulates in the pan when the meat boils.
- Drain the liquid: The most important step in the process is the careful discount from every liquid from the pan before the meat past stitch opens with cheese.
- Cut the sliders evenly: When cutting the large pate in 12 sliders, make sure that everyone is the same size and fits well into dinner or slider. You should be able to get 12 square past stages with two inches.
Topping options

1 1/2 pound 93% slim Boden

1/2 cup finely chopped Onion

1 teaspoon Kosher salt

6 Slices Cheddar Or American cheese

1 Package (12 points) Sweet dinner rolls Or slider

Preheat the oven to 400 ° F.

Make the meat mixture:
Mix the ground loins, bread crumbs, onions and salt in a bowl until they are evenly combined.
Carefully press the mixture into a 9×13-inch pan so that it makes a large pastlet of even thickness. Use the tines of a fork to stab holes in the meat.

Bake:
Bake for 25 minutes. When it bakes, the meat shrinks away from the sides and the liquid accumulates on the edges of the pan. If you are completely cooked, take the pan out of the oven (let the oven switch on) and carefully let the liquid off.

Completion with cheese:
Put the meat with a even layer of cut cheese and put the pan in the oven for about 2 minutes or until the cheese melts. Take out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Cut into 2-inch squares and place the squares on the dinner rolls or sliders and produce 12 mini hamburgers.
