Easy Cinnamon Apple Cobbler Recipe (2 Ingredients)

Easy Cinnamon Apple Cobbler Recipe (2 Ingredients)

I lived in college for a few years with my aunt and cousins, and the experience rewarded me with some of my most beautiful memories: my high school cousins, which gave me complicated makeover, heard songs that her brother wrote on his keyboard, and my aunt, who made Zimtbrötchen on Sunday morning -where she always saved the center for her older child as a special tradition.

Every time I spice up a can of scaly, fragrant cinnamon roller dough, I am back into the time when I felt so safe and loved. So I always try out recipes that contain cinnamon rollers in doses for this hit of sweet, delicious nostalgia.

This apple tractor with two ingredients combines a can with cinnamon rollers bought in the shop and a can of apple pie filling, which is baked in a 9×13-inch casserole in the oven. Then the cobbler is drizzled with the cinnamon roller for the simplest, tastiest autumn breakfast or dessert.

Tips to make my 2-intended cinnamon apple shifter

  • Don’t skip the aluminum film! After baking for 15 minutes, cover the cobbler with a piece of film that you sprayed with a cook spray with not. If you skip this step, the cobbler can burn.
  • Keep a fork at hand: This cobbler tastes best when the cinnamon roller pieces are completely blown and fluffy. When the cobbler looks, remove it from the oven to carry out a quick fork test. Use the fork to gently open a piece of the cinnamon roll dough. If you find that the interior is sticky or wet, bake the cobber for another 5 to 10 minutes until it is completely finished.
  • Warm the icing on: In order to get the perfect drizzle on your treat, the frosting must be a bit warm. Spoon the icing supplied with the cinnamon into a small microwave -related bowl. Then simply microwaves for 10 seconds and switch away!

Simple changes

  • Add toppings: For an optional pizza pack with homemade whipped cream and/or chopped nuts such as walnuts or pecannies for an optional pizza.
  • Serve it à la mode: My favorite method to serve this cinnamon apple striker is a large ball of vanilla ice cream. The ice cream becomes melting and mixes with the sweet icing for the most amazing fertile covering for the cobbler filled with fruit.
  • Browse the warm spices: You can choose the autumn taste on a 1/2 tablespoon of additional cinnamon, apple pie spice or pumpkin spice in the cake filling.
  • Serve a crowd: This apple tray is a simple dessert for autumn holiday meetings. You can easily double the recipe and use two 9×13-inch back dishes to feed a lot.

For a thicker cobbler, you can bake this recipe instead in an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch casserole, and simply extend the covered baking time to 25 to 30 minutes.

Cooking mode
(Keep your screen awake)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 ° F.

    Spray a 9×13-inch bustle with a cooking spray with a non-layer.

  2. Mount:

Cut each cinnamon roll into four same pieces so that you have a total of 20 pieces of 5 cinnamon rollers. Disconnect all layers from each piece of cinnamon roll by pulling up every dough treasure.

Add the dough pieces into a medium -sized mixed bowl and then add the apple pie filling. Use a spatula to stir until each piece of dough is covered in the apple pie filling.

  3. Bake:

Pour the mixture into the prepared 9×13-inch casserole. Bake for 15 minutes.

Spray a layer with the cooking spray with non -piano on a piece of aluminum film that is large enough to cover the surface of the baking bowl. Place the film, greased, loosely over the cobbler. Bake on until the cinnamon roll dough is completely cooked and no sticky parts remain for 20 to 25 minutes.

  4. Get a fork test through:

Remove the cobbler from the oven and use a fork to carefully stretch a piece of cinnamon roller to search for Knockess. The bread should be fluffy inside, not stretchy or sticky. If it is still sticky, bake until the bread is fluffy and completely cooked, 5 to 10 minutes.

Make sure not to surpass or undermine this recipe. The cinnamon rolls should have crispy edges and soft centers, but not inside.

  5. Ice and serve:

Remove the cinnamon roles from its plastic container and put it in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave to loosen the icing in order to be pourable, drizzle the icing over the warm cobbler for about 10 seconds and then with a spoon. Serve warm for breakfast or dessert!

Store completely chilled remnants in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Warm in 10-second steps in the microwave until you get through to enjoy your remains.
