Take part in the Love & Lemons Cooking Club Challenge this month! It is easy to enter and a lucky winner receives a price. Find all the details below.
Our cooking club is an entertaining way to celebrate the Love & Lemons community of readers. The concept is super easy – every month I choose a recipe. You do it and leave a comment on the blog post of the recipe. At the end of the month I happen to choose a winner who receives a price.
I love the feeling of community that comes from so many people who cook a recipe every month. We start our September challenge with our Apple Crisp recipe today and I hope you will take part with the fun. This is how it works:

At the end of the month, I will happen to choose a winner and share some of your photos. This time we give away one $ 100 whole foods gift card.
In addition, we donate for every entry we receive No child hungry.
The temperatures have cooled down here, and although I can’t say that I am enthusiastic I was looking forward to my favorite parts of autumn about the end of summer. On the top of this list? A cozy, cinnamon -seasoned Apple Crisp! I thought it would be fun to welcome the new season with this recipe for our cooking club.
A few notes:
- Company apples are best here. My go-tos are Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Gala and Golden delicious.
- Do it: vegan: Replace the unsalted butter with vegan butter or solid coconut oil. If you use vegan butter, leave out the salt in the peak.
- Make it gluten -free: Use your preferred gluten -free flour mixture instead of all -purpose flour.
And maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think that any crispness is complete without a ball of vanilla ice cream. 🙂
