Soup is magical. It is hearty, it warms it from the inside out and is filled with nutrients. That is, if you use bone broth! If you still use normal broth or bouillon cubes, stop this now and buy some bio bone broth. Bone broth has collagen, tons of vitamins, can help heal the intestine, protect your joints, reduce inflammation and much more. Bone broth is the shit. Do you know what I’m not a fan of? Make my own. I just don’t care about it. But luckily Kettle & fire Make the best bone broth and bone broth out there. I love their brews so damn a lot! And they make soup so much more tasty. So do not save when it comes to preparing this soup – use bone broth, take care of your body and be happy. It’s so easy!
I’m deep into reading Deep nutrition. And when I read, I mean to listen. Audi books are one of the greatest inventions of all time. I have read and listened to many different health and diet books in the course of 2011, but this book has become one of my favorites. It is very detailed in science behind herbal oils and sugar and how our society is influenced at such a deep level over the years. It’s really revealing and sometimes overwhelming, but I think everyone should hear it or read it. There is a lot about bone broth, organ meat and other options on how food was prepared a day and why these generations were so much healthier than we do. Over time, our society will always be sick with better technology than ever before. And this book is very helpful to enable you, your own diet too deeper and how you can improve it. I can highly recommend it! In the meantime, I am about to dig into this soup because it is good for leftovers !!
