On July 11th, Danone Us, the manufacturer of some of the most popular yoghurt brands in the country, the country’s manufacturer. announced that it was called back to all of its Yocrunch yoghurt products. The recall was launched after the consumers had complained to find plastic fragments in the yocrunch topsters that contain mix-ins such as Oreos and M&MS.
The plastic fragments are clear, up to one centimeter tall and can have sharp edges, which makes them a dangerous risk of suffocation. No taste or the size of Yocrunch yoghurt is safe to eat at the moment.

Which yogurt is part of this recall?
Danone didn’t say When The contaminated yocrunch yoghurt appeared in the shops. However, the list of affected products includes yogurt with process data from July to September. This means that every Yocrunch yogurt that is currently on the market is affected by this recall.
The list of flavors contains popular yoghurt options such as:
- Yo crunch vanilla yoghurt with M&MS
- Yocrunch -Erdbeer yoghurt with muesli
- Yocrunch vanilla yoghurt with Oreo pieces
- Yocrunch vanilla yoghurt with Snickers pieces
- Yocrunch vanilla yogurt with Twix parts
- Yocrunch vanilla yogurt with biscuit dough
This recall also affects all sizes of Yocrunch, including:
- 6-Uszel-single cup
- 4 -unzen yoghurt in four-packs
- 6-Uszen yoghurt in eight packs
- 6 -unzen yoghurt in 18 packs
The company works with grocery stores and other retailers to remove the contaminated yogurt from the shelves. We do not recommend buying Yococrunch until a fresh product appears in the dairy case, but Danone has not yet said when this will happen.

What to do with the remembered yogurt
Danone does not buy the yogurt who bought Yocrunch. Some food chains such as Wegmans, have already informed customers about the recall and said that the product can be returned to the customer service counter for a complete refund. We expect other food dealers to also offer reimbursements.
