Tropical Lassi is a healthy, Indian yoghurt drink that is mixed with frozen mango, cake blueberries and spices.
Tropical Mango blueberry Lassi
Technically speaking, a Lassi is not a smoothie, more like a healthy milk shake, but when adding milk and yogurt, it can certainly happen for you. The probiotic power of the yogurt forms the basis of this recipe and is mixed with tropical mango and sour blueberries, which give the drink its light blue color. Enjoy this with your favorite -Indian dish like Chicken Tikka Masala.
I worked together Stonyfield To share and use this well -provided drink Organic yogurt without fat -free yogurt. They all know how much I love Indian food! Whenever I go to Indians, I always get a mango Lassi. Did you know that all proteins from milk provide the amino acid nutrients that better meet human requirements than plant proteins? For this reason, they are often referred to as the highest quality of protein – and the inclusion of these proteins in meals and recipes gives your dish a nutritious boost!
I have drunk and drunk a lot of smoothies in the past few weeks. I just try to increase my immune system to keep myself healthy and strong. I also concentrate on my intestinal health and eat many fermented foods like yogurt.
This recipe was easily modified from the cookbook, The smoothie project. A cookbook with beautiful, rainbow -colored sides with smoothies that I made and loved! I love adding frozen blueberries to a mango Lassi for additional antioxidants! The only modification that I made was to leave out the 2 teaspoons of honey. And since I have so many frozen berries and mango on hand, now that my freezer is equipped, it is a great way to enjoy it. If you don’t have frozen mango, frozen peaches would also be delicious! This makes a really high glass. If you want you to divide this for two portions as part of a multi-course meal.
Why is it important to choose organic dairy products?
Stonyfield is a company that I can trust because all their yogurt is made without poisonous persistent pesticides, artificial hormones, antibiotics and GMO. They only work with organic farms that offer their cows optimal living conditions and life with low stress. Stonyfield cows live under healthy, clean conditions and spend at least 120 days a year in the pasture. This means that preventive antibiotics are unnecessary. Happy, healthy cows mean delicious, creamy yogurt of high -quality ingredients and without harmful pesticides – a victory for everyone!
Live active cultures in their yogurt
S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidus, L. Paracasei and L. Rhamnosus.
