Place a small 13 x 9-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add in a food processor or a mixer pitcher yogurt, honey, 1/2 cup of strawberries, vanilla and pinch of salt. Mix up about 10-15 seconds until they are smooth everywhere.
Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and evenly distribute an offset spatula.
Get off with the remaining strawberries and nuts.
