It always bothers me when I have the feeling of throwing the last spoon of remnants into the trash. I grew up as a member of the “Clean Your Plate Club”, and while I am mostly I learned to saturate, I still feel guilty to waste food, especially in this economy.
But sometimes I can’t get myself to make a full size container for two sauce bites, especially if it is accidentally pushed and forgotten on the rear part of the refrigerator. When I pushed onto Dollar Tree Mini Container on one of the plastic brackets in the kitchen, I threw a 10-pack into my car from a mood. (Now I understand why retailers call these plastic brackets “impulse strips”.)
At first I grabbed a package and thought they were great for the children’s snacks and lunch. And they are. But for all of these small fridgeing opportunities and ends they turned out to be even better – just a spoonful of hummus or a drizzle vinaigrette. It no longer feels wasteful and does not feel like a annoying task to clean them. Everything is saved and nothing is lost.

Why the safe mini containers of dollar Tree are a must in my kitchen
The freezing BPA -free containers are small enough to fit directly into the palm, but they are the perfect solution for all of my “between” agency requirements. They hold up to 2.3 fluids, so they are great to save these precious small quantities of homemade sauces – the last piece of Pesto This is too good to waste a spoon, a spoon of garlic AIioli, which I would like to finish with tomorrow’s sandwich, or the rest of the tablespoon of herb butter that would be lost in a regular container (the clear design really helps).
They are also useful for the preparation and portioning of meals. For example, I can create individual portions of nuts for snacks, prepare side dishes such as roasted seeds, grated parm or chopped herbs to easily pull them out during dinner, or small portions of hummus, which I can easily dive into a lunch box and can be kept separate from fresh vegetables and crispy Pita chips. I even trust you with dressing or hot sauce, and that says something. As a beautiful bonus, you also come in a round or square shape so that you can select your adventure.
Beyond the kitchen and lunch boxes, they are super practical to clean up small craft bits, organize vitamins for travel and even collect random, tiny hardware pieces in my junk drawer. (Where do all these villain screws come from? Do you also have this problem?)
Because they are so affordable, I do not emphasize that I can send them to school with my children or friends with friends who are filled with leftovers. At the same time, they were very concerned for repeated hand washing and daily use. For such a simple product, they solved several small, daily challenges, of which I didn’t even notice that they bothered me until they were gone. Ten out of ten would recommend!
