- Use pumpkin concooking filling instead of simple pumpkin puree for a sweet bread.
- Add the dough to 2/3 cup of chocolate chips.
- Add 1/2 cup of chopped, roasted pecans or walnuts.
- Top with a simple cream cheese sugar effusion. 4 ounces of soft cream cheese, 2 ounces of salted butter and a splash of vanilla. Add 1/2 cup of powder sugar and hit and add more 1 tablespoon after the other until you reach the consistency you like. Use the cooled bread.

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
Eat a 8 1/2×4 1/2-inch or 9×5-inch loib pan. Line the lower and longest two sides with a parchment strip.

Make the dough:
Put the pumpkin and eggs in a medium -sized bowl. Use a whisk to beat together until you are completely combined. Switch to a rubber spatula and add the cake mixture. Mix until there are no pockets or strips of dry mix. The dough is thick.
Transfer the dough into the pan and smooth the top. If desired, sprinkle with a generous sprinkle.

Bake:
Bake until a inserted spit or a built -in cake tester gets out clean, 40 to 50 minutes (the smaller the pan, the longer the baking time).
