We love the convenience of baby spinach and frozen peas, but every chopped green or another legeine such as white beans or shellededamame would work well instead of the frozen peas if they prefer it.

This chicken -Fajita soup combines the living, smoky aromas of traditional fajitas with the calming warmth of a soup. This versatile dish is perfect for a cozy dinner and can easily be adapted to your preferences. To pick up the heat, add a chopped Jalapeño to the vegetable mixture. You can replace the rotisserie chicken for another protein like left-wing steak or make it vegetarian by using no-chick broth and using tofu instead of the chicken.

Harira is a tomato -based soup at the center of many Moroccan tables a month. It is often enjoyed as part of IFTAR, which can break with dates, milk, hard-boiled eggs, semolina pancakes and Chebakia (sesame cookies) every evening.
